  • Our build service fee is $300 (including tax). We accept online or in-person payment via credit card.

  • Flexibility with PC parts purchase, either you buy them (Ottawa locals only) or we buy them for you, and deliver the fully built PC within 3 business days of receiving all the parts.

  • Every PC built is stress tested to ensure optimal performance at the right temperatures.

  • For local Ottawa orders, we include free pick-up of your PC parts and drop-off of your built PC.

  • For nationwide orders, we build your PC and ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping charges additional.

Every PC built gets tested with Cinebench R23 and FurMark to benchmark CPU & GPU performance and compared to community averages to ensure your parts are working to the expected performance levels.

With multiple fans, CPU coolers, AIO, it's important to strike a balance between cooling and noise, so we make sure to optimize fan curves to ensure you have the best balance possible between noise and cooling performance.

Thermals - stress tested.

We take cooling and thermals seriously, after all, that's the only way your PC can perform its best. We test average and maximum temperatures of the CPU, GPU, and SSD during performance stress tests.

Looks - done right.

For those who appreciate RGB and the vibe it sets, we ensure that both hardware and software is ready and working to set the ambience you want. We install the appropriate drivers/software and provide a quick start guide to help you set the mood you want.

Q1) What warranty is included for the work?
A1) For all our PCs, we offer a 3-month labour warranty to make sure you get a guaranteed working system. For hardware warranty, please consult with part supplier.Q2) Do you provide this service in Ottawa only or across Canada?
A2) We work with clients both in Ottawa as well as anywhere in Canada with safe and secure shipping. For clients outside of Ottawa, we will need to purchase the PC parts ourselves and ship you the built PC (instead of you being able to provide the parts), shipping extra.Q3) How long does it take for my Custom PC to be built and delivered?
A3) Once we have all the PC Parts in hand, we usually can get your PC built and delivered within 3 business days.Q4) Do you have a physical store?
A4) Currently, Gaming Rig Factory operates out of a garage space, so we don't have a commercial physical location yet, however, we can pick-up your parts within Ottawa.Q5) What payment options do you accept?
A5) For local service, we can accept credit Card or Interac e-Transfer upon delivery of the built PC. For out-of-town orders, we accept only credit card payments.

Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 4, 2025By placing an order with Gaming Rig Factory, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our custom PC building services.1. Service Overview
Gaming Rig Factory offers custom gaming PC building services in the Ottawa-Gatineau region with shipping available across Canada. Customers can either:- Provide their own PC parts for assembly.
- Request a custom PC quote, purchase parts themselves, and have us build the system.
- Have Gaming Rig Factory source and purchase parts (deposit required).
- All systems are built, tested, and optimized for performance, thermals, and noise levels.2. Pricing & Payment2.1 Custom Build Service Fee
The fixed build service fee is $300 CAD per system, including tax.
This includes assembly, stress testing, Windows 11 installation, and local pickup/delivery.
All shipping fees are extra and will be quoted to the client before purchase.2.2 Payment Methods
Local Orders (Ottawa-Gatineau): Payment can be made via credit card or Interac e-Transfer upon delivery.
Shipped Orders (Canada-wide): Payment must be completed via credit card when the PC build is ordered.3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery3.1 Build Time
Orders are typically completed within 3 business days once all parts are in hand.3.2 Pickup & Local Delivery (Ottawa-Gatineau)
We offer free pickup of parts and local delivery of the completed build.
Customers may also drop off their parts at our location by appointment.3.3 Shipping (Canada-Wide)
Orders shipped outside Ottawa will be securely packed and sent via a trusted courier.
Shipping fees apply and are based on location and package size.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the PC is shipped.4. Warranty & Support4.1 Labour Warranty
All custom builds include a 3-month warranty on labour.
If any issues arise due to assembly within this period, we will fix them at no additional cost.4.2 Hardware Warranty
Gaming Rig Factory does not provide direct hardware warranties.
All hardware warranties are handled by the original manufacturer.
If a part is defective, we can assist in troubleshooting and guiding you through the RMA process.5. Returns & Refunds5.1 Build Service Refunds
The $300 build service fee is non-refundable once the build is completed.
If the PC is not functioning as expected due to assembly issues, we will repair or troubleshoot it at no extra charge.5.2 Parts Purchases Refunds
If Gaming Rig Factory has purchased parts on your behalf, refunds are only available if the parts are unopened and returnable to the original vendor.
If a component is defective, the customer must initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.6. Limitations of Liability
Gaming Rig Factory is not responsible for:- Compatibility issues if a customer provides a self-sourced parts list without prior consultation.
- Manufacturer defects in any PC components.
- Performance variances due to software, drivers, or external factors.
- Damage caused by user to PC in any way.7. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, the customer agrees to:
✔️ Provide accurate information about their gaming needs & budget.
✔️ Ensure compatibility if sourcing their own parts.
✔️ Complete payment on time for all services.
✔️ Inspect the PC upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.8. Privacy Policy
All customer information (name, email, address) is kept confidential and used only for order fulfillment.
